We always guarantee the best quality for our meat and sausage products. This is why we place the highest priority on traceability and ongoing quality checks from purchasing to delivery.

Our products are manufactured under optimal hygienic conditions and further processed with modern measuring and weighing techniques. For customers, these are optimal conditions for standardised manufacturing processes that do not require any further finishing.

  • Our traceability system meets the requirements of the "Bündnis für Lebensmittelsicherheit und aktiven Verbraucherschutz" of the “Qualität und Sicherheit GmbH”.
  • Our slaughterhouse and cutting business is IFS-certified.
  • By participating in the internationally recognised HACCP concept, our hygiene concept complies with the standards of the European Union.
  • Our productions are certified according to IFS.

We have the quality of our goods and services regularly checked by independent institutes and laboratories.
